Personal Information We Collect
Quote requests. When you submit a quote request, we collect what you enter in the form — your name, email address, phone number, country, subject, and message — along with any design file or image you choose to attach. We use this only to prepare your quote, respond to your inquiry, and follow up about your order. If an uploaded image contains embedded location data (EXIF), that data is stored along with the file, so remove it beforehand if you’d rather not share it.
Contact form. If you reach us through our Contact Us page, we collect the details you submit there — such as your name, email, and message — to respond to your inquiry.
Newsletter. If you sign up in the footer for news on specials, sales, and product updates, we collect your email address and use it to send that content. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email we send.
WhatsApp chat. Our footer includes a WhatsApp chat button so you can message us directly. Conversations started this way are handled through WhatsApp and subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, since Meta (WhatsApp’s parent company) processes that data, not us.
Blog comments. If you leave a comment on a blog post, we collect the data shown in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.
An anonymized hash of your email address may be shared with the Gravatar service to check whether you use it (privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/). Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible publicly alongside it.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you can opt to have your name, email, and website saved in a cookie so you don’t have to re-enter them next time. These last one year.
Visiting our login page sets a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. It holds no personal data and disappears when you close your browser.
Logging in sets cookies to save your login details and display choices. Login cookies last two days (two weeks with “Remember Me”), and screen-option cookies last a year. Logging out removes your login cookies.
Editing or publishing a post saves an additional cookie storing the post ID — no personal data, and it expires after a day.

How Long We Retain Your Data
We keep quote requests and contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and fulfill any resulting order, and afterward for our business and legal records.
Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely, so we can recognize and auto-approve your future comments instead of holding them for moderation.
If you register an account on the Site, we store your profile information while the account is active. You can view, edit, or delete it anytime (other than your username); Site administrators can too.
Your Rights Over Your Data
If you’ve submitted a quote request, contacted us, subscribed to our newsletter, left a comment, or created an account, you can ask us for an export of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it — email help@varsityjackets.online. This doesn’t cover data we’re required to keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service. Quote requests, contact messages, and newsletter sign-ups are stored on our hosting and email platforms, which may be located in a different country than you.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
